Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

  • We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
